About the Book

A group of travelers bound by quantum entanglement and fate, journeys across enchanted realms in search of a lost father who vanished through a mysterious physics experiment gone awry. What begins as a scientific mystery quickly unfolds into a mythic odyssey as the travelers uncover ancient Tools tied to time, emotion, and memory.  Each holds a key to understanding the nature of the Universe. Guided by shifting clues and echoes of the man they seek, they cross into strange and beautiful realms where time flows like water, flowers whisper secrets, and the laws of physics bend to both feeling and will.

Each Realm—Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn, and those yet unknown is guarded by beings of immense power, beauty, and sorrow. The travelers face trials not only of mind and body, but of choice. Their bonds are tested. Their pasts return in vivid, haunting visions. And always, Feylock pulses at the edge of knowing, a mysterious force that connects every world, memory,  possibility, and choice.

Science becomes legend, and legend, truth. In worlds where time is not a line but a garden and where loss can echo across dimensions, the travelers must learn to wield wonder as deftly as they do logic. As their journey deepens, so too does their understanding of themselves, of each other, and of the choices they make.

But far beyond, in the darkest folds of time, waits Chronovare—the Supreme Being. Shaper of distortion, master of control, and enemy of all that lives and breathes. His only purpose: to destroy all of what exists, and remake it all according to his vision of a perfect order, stripped of unpredictability and feeling.

This is a story of quantum entanglement and emotional gravity. Of portals and petals. Of fractured time and boundless hopes. Through it all, one question remains: can love cross time, worlds, and the boundaries of what is known?

From time to time, I will release various chapters to enjoy.

Chapter 29 of 43. In this chapter:

On the eve of their final journey, the travelers gather under a broken sky, feeling the weight of all they have lost—and all they have yet to risk. Old wounds surface, quiet fears are spoken aloud, and fragile hopes flicker to life. It is a night suspended between endings and beginnings, where even the stars seem to hold their breath.

About the Author

This book has been over fifteen years in the making. It began during long ferry rides across the sound after my divorce, when I would bring my daughters to and from visits. After picking them up or dropping them off, I would write on the return trip—ninety minutes of quiet creativity stolen from the rush of life. The writing continued in fragments: a chapter here, a few paragraphs there, sometimes months apart. Life, work, and parenting often took priority, and for a while, the manuscript sat untouched.

But over the past six months, I returned to it with renewed focus—stealing time in secret, writing in the middle of the night, early mornings, or during lunch breaks- whenever I found the time. No one even knew I was finishing a novel until just recently.

I sometimes joke that I feel like George R.R. Martin—working on a book for fifteen years—except HBO isn’t knocking on my door! But the story has grown, matured, and now it’s nearly ready. The cover is chosen, the chapters are complete, and while there are still a few inconsistencies to polish (what writer doesn’t have those?), the heart of the book is solid. It is now in the hands of several trusted beta readers, all of whom have deep backgrounds in fantasy as readers and writers.

And the ending? It sets the stage perfectly for Book Two—which is already outlined and ready to begin.

A little about me: I originally studied horticulture and landscape design in college before switching to marketing. After college, I ran a landscape design and installation company for eight years, then transitioned into the marketing world, eventually launching my own agency in 2010. Today, I still run that agency, creating content for dozens of clients each day.

Three years ago, my wife (a Master Gardener) and I co-founded a second business together—a landscape design company specializing in native and pollinator gardens—blending our passions for sustainability and beauty. We now run both businesses side by side.

Outside of writing, I love snowboarding, wake boarding, ice hockey, biathlon, and—of course—gardening. The Beatles are my all-time favorite, but my taste in music is wide and eclectic. We live on a lake in Connecticut and have three grown children who continue to inspire everything I do.

I am deeply inspired by stories like The Lord of the Rings (really, anything Tolkien!), His Dark Materials, The Wheel of Time, Ready Player One, A Song of Ice and Fire, Red Rising, Harry Potter, Tom Sawyer, and so many more.
